How to do delete AT&T Email Account?

Remember, you can only delete an AT&T email address if it never associated with the paid account of AT&T or it’s been more than 60 days since the disconnection of the AT&T paid services. It means you can only delete a free AT&T email account and the paid AT&T account can’t be deleted at all.

1. Go to your AT&T profile or copy & paste the link https://www.att.com/olam/passthroughAction.myworld?actionType=ViewProfile
2. Sign-in into the AT&T account.
3. Choose “Contact Info”
4. Select the Email.
5. Under “Free AT&T email account” click on the “Manage” button. If you don’t find or see the same, unfortunately, you can’t delete your AT&T account.
6. Click on the “Delete Account” button just next to the Manage ID option.
7. Confirm that your account has been deleted.
Delete AT&T Member ID and leave the Yahoo email ID: Deleting the AT&T Member ID won’t affect the Yahoo email id. You can log to www.YahooMail.com and use the Yahoo email just like before.
1. Log on to the AT&T and go to the Profile.
2. Click on ”Update my profile”
3. Under the AT&T account, choose “Account Profile”
4. Click on the “Delete Account” next to the “Member ID”
5. Press the OK button to confirm.
6. Log on the Yahoo Mail and press the “Unmerge” button.
